“The 4th-floor room was quiet and spacious with a balcony. The location in the Old Quarter is fantastic, with restaurants and shops nearby. Motorcycle taxis outside the hotel are careful drivers. Staff were very friendly, helped with currency exchange and tour bookings, kept our luggage between trips, arranged airport pickup, and even found us a rest room before leaving.”

“Despite only 2 stars, the service and quality felt like 4-5 stars. This small boutique hotel is in the best part of the Old Town. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, staff were adorable and helpful. English was excellent, so no communication issues. From airport pickup to checkout, everything was top quality, and the Calypso cruise recommendation for Ha Long Bay was superb.”

“Stayed 3 nights. The staff were the most helpful and welcoming of anywhere we stayed in Vietnam. The manager spoke great English and gave us lots of tips. They helped book a Ha Long Bay trip which we enjoyed immensely. We would definitely return.”

“Fine hotel with friendly service on a quiet small street. The tours we arranged (Perfume Pagoda and 2-day Ha Long) were good with reasonable prices.”
